BCU Student Satisfaction Surveys

The Centre for Research into Quality has undertaken a survey of student satisfaction at BCU since the 1980s. Originally a pioneering project supported by the Council for National Academic Awards and aimed at part-time students, the approach has developed into a permanent quality assurance tool at BCU. The 2009 survey will be the 21st Annual Survey.

The approach used is the well-known Student Satisfaction Approach, pioneered at CRQ.
